All non-personalized orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order date. Personalized orders ships in 10-14 days. We use USPS First Class Mail by default, please allow 3-5 business days in transit. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. If these costs are refused by the customer on a returned product, La Béni have the right to deduct it from the final returned cost.

Please note that all personalized items, including name, initial styles, and any custom orders, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At our store, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges for non-personalized pieces within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly process a return or exchange for you.
