All non-personalized orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order date. Personalized orders ships in 10-14 days. We use USPS First Class Mail by default, please allow 3-5 business days in transit. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email.

Please note that all personalized items, including name, initial styles, and any custom orders, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At our store, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges for non-personalized pieces within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly process a return or exchange for you.

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. All shipping and handling costs are covered by the customer.

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. We start working on your personalized items as soon as you place your order, so please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel.

To cancel your order, please contact our friendly customer care team here. We'll process your cancellation request as soon as we receive it, so you can have peace of mind. Please note that cancellations can only be accepted before the item has shipped.
